🔁 RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Clear photos of the item and packaging

⚠️ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
Minor variations in color or print placement
Items marked as limited run or made-to-order

💰 REFUNDS

If your claim is approved:

A replacement will be issued first when possible
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

🚚 SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the carrier
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

Orders placed through links originating from TikTok are subject to this policy.
