All items are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • During high demand (especially from TikTok traffic), processing may take up to 10 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

📦 SHIPPING TIMES (U.S.)

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Extended delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal demand

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(Include this only if you plan to ship outside the U.S.)

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

📍 TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • High order volume due to viral or promotional traffic

📬 INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will assist.

Orders placed through links originating from TikTok may experience:

  • Increased processing times due to high demand
  • Limited product availability

All shipping timelines listed on this website take precedence over any statements made in TikTok videos, comments, or messages.

🔄 ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We can only modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, orders are considered in production and cannot be changed.
